Table menus and specials
Discuss a fixed printed menu, a freestanding menu board or a holder for replaceable inserts. Permanent print suits information that stays the same; an insert holder makes more sense for changing dishes and prices.
Give guests a clear way to find the menu, order a drink or connect to Wi-Fi. We can combine printed artwork, engraved details and a custom stand to make table products that belong in your venue.
For independent cafes, restaurants, pubs, hotels, bars and hospitality groups.

These are starting points for a custom enquiry. Dimensions, materials, artwork and any finishing are agreed for your project.
Tell us how often items are wiped down and which cleaning products you use. We will assess the surface, finish, base and printed artwork for that use before agreeing a specification.
Supply the final URL and leave space around the code. Code size, contrast, table lighting and print finish all matter. The physical sample should be checked on phones at a realistic viewing distance before a batch is approved.
A QR code pointing to a URL you control lets you update the online menu without changing the sign. For printed menus, tell us how often the content changes so we can discuss replaceable inserts or replacement panels.
Send what you have now. If a detail is still undecided, say so and we can discuss it. Include a budget range if you want help narrowing the options.
Brief this projectOur laser, UV and 3D printing work comes together in our West Yorkshire workshop. One project brief can cover the product, branding and any individual personalisation.
Meet Yorkshire3DBased in Huddersfield or elsewhere in Yorkshire? Include your location and tell us if you want to discuss a sample, local handover or workshop visit. Arrangements are confirmed in advance.
Send the destination country, postcode and required arrival date. Delivery availability, cost and any relevant import requirements are confirmed with the project quote. Multi-site orders need the location quantities too.
Useful answers for planning your order.
Tell us the quantities for each venue and which details change, such as a location name, menu URL or table sequence. We can quote the shared design and the variations together.
These enquiries are for the physical menus, holders and signs. Supply your own menu, ordering or booking URL. We can discuss preparing the printed artwork, but online hosting or ordering software needs a separate scope.
Include those requirements in the brief. Outdoor exposure, cleaning chemicals and high temperatures affect material and print choices. Suitability needs to be confirmed for the specific construction and finish.
Ask for a sample or prototype in the enquiry. We will confirm the cost and timing with the quote, including any design work. It is useful for checking size, stability, artwork and QR scanning in the venue.
Send the idea, quantity, dimensions and deadline. Add your destination and any artwork or material preferences. We will assess the brief and discuss the scope and quote with you.
A sketch or photograph is a useful starting point. You do not need a finished design to enquire.
