Can I enquire as a small business or for a large organisation?
Yes. Tell us the item, quantity and purpose, whether it is for an independent business, agency, group of venues or a larger organisation. The design, production and packing scope is assessed for each project.
Do I need to know which manufacturing process to use?
No. Start with what the product must do, its size, your branding and the quantity. We can discuss laser engraving, UV printing, FDM or resin, including a combination where suitable.
Can you work with businesses outside the UK?
International business enquiries are welcome. Include the destination country, postcode and required arrival date. We confirm whether delivery is available, its cost and any relevant import requirements with the project quote.
Can I work with you locally in Huddersfield or Yorkshire?
Our workshop is in Huddersfield, West Yorkshire. Include your location in the enquiry and tell us if you would like to discuss a local handover or visit. Arrangements need to be confirmed with the team in advance.
How are prices and lead times worked out?
The quote depends on design work, dimensions, materials, quantity, finish, personalisation, packing and destination. A sample may be useful before a larger run. We confirm the scope, price and timing before production.
